Conditions of the Lease:

1. Lessee shall authorize a credit check satisfactory to the Lessor at his complete satisfaction;
2. All risk tenant Insurance and liability insurance for a total of 2,000,000$ of which a copy
shall be remitted to the Lessor before occupancy;
3. The Lessor shall prepare his own commercial lease;
4. No Cannabis nor similar substances in the building and the premises;
5. Gst and Qst Applicable on the amount of the rental;
6. The first and the last 3 months of the rental shall be paid by the Lessee at the
signature of the Lease by interac transfer to the Lessor.
7. The Lessee shall submit to the rules and regulations of the building.
