Conditions :
- 12 or 13 months rental, not renewable; short-term rentals not permitted (co-ownership regulations prohibit any rental of less than 12 months)
- Non-smoking inside the accommodation
- Animals allowed under certain conditions (noise, cleanliness, claws).
