Welcome to BESIDE Habitat's first project, in Chertsey, Lanaudière, whose aim is to protect the natural heritage of an immense 900-acre territory over 80% of its surface area, made possible by minimal, sustainable development on 20% of it.

The project aims to connect humans with nature, and offers a host of activities inviting users to explore a territory that features two crystal-clear lakes, kilometers of trails lending themselves to a host of activities throughout the seasons, a topography that includes peaks and rock faces, all set in a rich and diverse natural environment that invites discovery and contemplation.

The T-59 lot allows for the construction of four types of chalets (Type 1 to Type 4), designed by Appareil Architecture and built by Janson Construction. Other contributors to the project include Nature Humaine, À Hauteur d'Homme, Lambert & Fils and many others.

The site is conveniently located near the lake access, and has been partially cleared.

The territory also includes a pavilion that is intended to be the heart of the project, a place for gathering and relaxation, offering activities and enabling remote work. Pods will also be built on the territory and will be available for rental, providing an unparalleled connection to nature.

BESIDE also offers a turnkey rental service, making it easy to manage your rentals, maximize your income, and the sharing of revenue via a rental pool.

BESIDE has a 14-day right of first refusal on any promise to purchase received. All buyers must be presented and approved by BESIDE before the conditions of the promise to purchase are fulfilled.
